SO!
college was horrible at first, then i started to like it, now im slowly starting to hate it again.

its just starting to seem like a real waste of time.

im not happy, im not really being asked to think creatively, im just being told to paint certain colors or draw certain objects.

i suppose thats why you havent seen much work from me since college started. everything ive done is either from a still life or color wheel or some shit.

what im learning is all useful knowledge, i suppose..but i could learn those things on my own as i progress. trial and error is my preferred method of learning.

Art history is awesome though, surprisingly. Them greeks had mad skills.

ANYHOO...

Since i have no facebook and many of the modern means of communication arent much fun, Me and a friend of mine on the west coast are gonna start sending little tapes back and forth. i'm about halfway done with the first one, and its awesome. I'm having such fun recording things on it.

Oh,and i have to do a long-ass research paper for my english final, and i chose "the abuse of communication technology" as my topic. its so easy, i can rant about the state of human communication methods foreverr....

I applied for an undergraduate research grant and i was approved!
which is neeeat.
especially since i titled the project "leatherworking fiesta"
i didnt think theyd take me seriously, but they did! whoo!
i requested funds for leatherworking materials and tools, about 400$ worth of stuffs. i cant wait to get started.
